Krista is a Colorado native and loves to spend time outdoors and exploring with her family. She lived in New Mexico for about 11 years in her young adult life and holds a special place in her heart for NM.
Before becoming a therapist, she was a personal trainer/coach and saw first hand the challenges elite youth through professional athletes face both in and out of performance. This started her passion to become a sports counselor to meet athletes and coaches navigate struggles in life.
Krista says, "I have a diverse background in athletics and performance and currently practice Jiu Jitsu. Jiu-jitsu has allowed me to push myself outside my comfort zone and stretch my mental performance. I have seen the demands MMA athletes face in training and off the mats, and I am passionate about giving back to this community through counseling and mental performance coaching!"
Krista provides mental health counseling in Colorado and New Mexico and mental performance coaching globally.
