About Jeff - licc
Jeff is a former Division 1 college athlete who understands athletes' mental demands in and out of the performance limelight. He has a holistic and tailored approach to working with his clients. He has worked with adults and adolescents and has experience leading youth groups for Young Life and coaching baseball.
Jeff offers various therapeutic modalities serving athletes as a Sports Mental Health Counselor and Mental Performance Coach. He is eager to help his clients heal, grow, and regain confidence in their abilities to survive and thrive.
Jeff says, "Baseball is the best metaphor for life I have ever known. Navigating the our internal states while performing at a high level is difficult but achievable and rewarding."
He is licensed in CO and CA. He sees only Colorado clients via telehealth through Speakstone Counseling & Consulting, LLC.
