Our therapists have unique backgrounds in athletics and mental health. When you work with one of our counseling therapists and trauma therapists, you're working with someone that understands the challenges of being an athlete, coach, family member, and more. We utilize a variety of modalities from Brainspotting, solution focused, Spor Sport Psychology, Gestalt, and more!
