When you work with one of our counseling and trauma therapists, you're working with someone that understands the challenges of being an athlete, coach, and family member. We utilize a variety of modalities from Brainspotting, solution focused, Sport Psychology, Gestalt, and more!

Group therapy can be highly effective in promoting cohesion, improved communication, group healing and more. You and the therapist will decide on group goals, longevity of group therapy, and discuss individual pricing dependent upon size of group and longevity of sessions.
Monthly team sessions are available for the team that wants to establish consistency around growth and support. Monthly team consultations will start with two, in person (or virtual if further than 100 miles), 60 minute team sessions. I will also assign individual exercises and practice for between sessions and will be available between sessions via email or phone.
