We have various packages available for those athletes wanting to take their mental performance game to the next level.
Have a fight, competition, race, or even a big meeting with top executives coming up? Meet with me for 8 weeks to train your mind to be as strong as your body competition day. We will meet for eight 60 minute sessions (1/week). I will assign work between sessions to practice skills learned in session. Optional: I will come observe 1 practice/training session (depending on location, additional fees may apply).

Monthly team consultations are available for the team that wants to establish consistency around growth and support. Monthly team consultations will start with two, in person (or virtual if further than 100 miles), 60 minute team sessions. I will also assign individual “homework” and practice for between sessions and will be available between sessions via email or phone.
